The card “IP Visa PeterStar” was issued in May 2002 to replace usual Internet cards. The new card combines two services at once: dial-up Internet access and telephony under reasonable tariffs. The dial-up Internet access service under the PeterStar cards has been developed from the mid December of 2001.
